Managing Partner & Instructor Jim has been teaching real estate classes for more than 20 years. He was also a real estate attorney and earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina.  Cain Denny Instructor Cain has been a licensed broker for 25 years and is also a certified arbitrator and mediator. He is also an attorney with a law degree from the University of South Carolina.  Elizabeth Davis Managing Partner, Owner Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Psychology and has a background as a Real Estate Paralegal. Having completed her real estate training with us, she is happy to assist with any questions.
